Can I trade warrants through CommSec?

To trade warrants through your CommSec trading account, you will need to submit a Warrant Agreement request online.

Go to Settings > Service Centre > Create a Request, then type in ‘Warrant Trading Agreement’ and click on the request. You will need to read the risk disclosure statement for warrants, and the Explanatory Booklet issued by the Exchange.

We will endeavour to enable your CommSec share trading account for warrant trading within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the request and you can view the status of your request under the Status Centre (on your Settings page).

Otherwise, to confirm that your account has been enabled for warrants trading, please contact us on 13 15 19 or +61 2 9115 1417 if calling from overseas (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, Sydney time).
